Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost to digitize a wall?
- Uploading and tagging holds is included in every plan: there are no extra per-wall costs.
- Can I use BoulderRoute without online payments?
- Yes. Memberships can be managed manually, in cash or by card terminal: online payments are an option, not a requirement.
- What happens when I reset a wall?
- The previous version gets archived: send history is preserved, old problems become read-only, and climbers start fresh on the new wall.
- Why do you publish your threshold?
- Because trust should be checkable. If you know how much we need to sustain ourselves, you also know we have no reason to squeeze you. And the community can check that we keep our word.
